Implementing an earthquake monitoring system that can measure seismic intensity and acceleration data from various buildings around Singapore.
The Solution:
Using LabVIEW system design software and CompactRIO hardware to collect real-time acceleration data from remote stations; process, analyze, and store all incoming data; and develop an SMS routine to send out relevant texts via a GSM modem.
